Steps from your front door is access to your private boat slip to explore the 1000 Islands as you please. All purchasers of Cottage-iniums at Tall Ships Landing have their choice of our renovated 120 slip marina at a preferred rate to dock their boat steps from their front door. This marina will also serve City of Brockville residents and visitors to the area to dock and launch their boats, and for divers to re-fill their air tanks and continue with their adventure.

Tall Ships Landing Full Service Marina

100 slips (sturdy, tubular steel docks with wood decking) from 20' to 60' available on a first come, first serve basis, in priority to residents. Limited covered slips available for antique boats. Harbourside launch ramp for skiffs, canoes and kayaks.

Fees are broken down by boat size. There is an initial purchase required and annual maintenance fees apply, consult our sales office for rates.

Fees include power, water, Wi-Fi, washrooms and showers. Fuelling and detailing services available.
