I'm very familiar with the world class beauty of the River from 15 treasured years of island life, but as beautiful as the island may be in summer, it's no place to be when the season changes. Tall Ships Landing will let me enjoy the beauty year round, in luxurious comfort. The view will actually give me an improved perspective of the River's countless moods, while the location puts me a very short walk from the new Arts Centre, the farmer's market and all the downtown shops and amenities, conveniences not available on the islands.
Downsizing from a larger home presents challenges, but the more I have thought about it, the more I realized my life revolves around just three rooms, a bedroom, kitchen and an office/den, yet I pay for and maintain so much more, unnecessarily. The lost rooms won't be missed and will be more than made up for by the gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lap pool, none of which I have to maintain, not to mention a great restaurant right down the elevator that I don't have to bundle up to get to.
I can't wait to get in. And thank you for making this lifestyle possible.
